Transportation Improvement Program

The TIP is a planning document that lists all Federal-aid transportation projects planned for the Clark County-Springfield area over the next four years.  These projects include roadway, traffic, bridge, transit, bikeway, railroad, ridesharing and transportation enhancements. 

TIP Applications

Applications are now being accepted for the FY2022-2024 TIP.  Applications are due by August 21, 2020 and can be emailed to mrunkel@clarkcountyohio.gov or mailed to the TCC office at 3130 E. Main St., Suite 2A, Springfield, OH 45505.

FY2019 Annual Listing of Obligated Projects

The FY2019 Annual List of Obligated Projects in Clark County is complete and can be viewed by clicking the link below.  The list contains all projects which have had Federal funds obligated to them from July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019.  The list is a Federal requirement intended to increase the transparency of government spending on transportation projects and strategies in metropolitan areas to State and local officials, and to the public at large.
